Delete account and data

This page explains how to delete your KortexGames account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to both the Android and iOS versions of the App, and to any account created with Google or with email and password.

If you played in guest mode (without creating an account), there is nothing to request from us: your progress lives only on your device and disappears when you uninstall the App or clear its data from the system settings.

1. Delete your account from the App (recommended)

If you have an account (Google or email/password), you can delete it yourself at any time, without contacting us:

Open KortexGames and sign in with your account.
Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm the action.

Deletion is immediate and permanent: your user record is removed and, in cascade, everything that depends on it (progress, scores, achievements, streak, and preferences). No further steps or email confirmation are required.

2. Requesting it without opening the App

If you cannot or do not want to open the App, email us at tomiezem@gmail.com from the same address you registered with, with «Delete account» in the subject line. We verify that the request comes from that account and delete your user and your data within 30 days.

3. What data is deleted

Your email and account identifier.
All your gameplay data: games played, scores, times, correct and incorrect answers.
Your level, consecutive-day streak, and unlocked achievements.
Your preferences (sound, haptics, language).

4. What is retained, and why

Aggregated, anonymous statistics used to compute percentiles (“you are better than X% of players”): since these are a single number with no identifier attached, they cannot be traced back to you, so they are retained indefinitely.
Records we are legally required to keep (for example, to prevent fraud or comply with a legal obligation), only for as long as strictly required.
